Shepherd's Pie Nutri System Style

Mashed Potatoes
1 medium sweet potato diced skin on if desired
3 yukon gold potaotes small diced skin on if desired
2 tbsp milk fat free
2 tbsp chicken broth organic or
up to 1/4 cup if needed
2 tbsp smart balance butter
1/4 tsp sea salt if desired

Meat Base
2/3 lb ground turkey
(walmart has jennie o for 1.25 a roll)
3/4 yellow onion diced
1 cup mushrooms roughly diced
1 1/4 cup carrots peas mix frozen( can use fresh)
1 large egg
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp olive oil (cold pressed is best)

Preperation
1. preheat oven 375 degrees f
2.in a pot yukon and sweet potatoes in boiling water cook til tender
3. heat olive oil in saute pan
4. add onions and brown for 8 minutes add mushrooms continue to brown
5.add meat cook until brown and crumbled
6.place meat mixture into casserole dish add garlic powder onion pwder peas carrots egg mix well and pack tight into casserole dish
7.mash potatoes with milk butter broth and salt if desired
8. spread potatoes over meat mixture place in oven for 30 minutes

calories 270 carbs 38 g fat 4g sodium 250 mg
protein 23 g fiber 5 g sat fat 1.5 g cholesterol 55 mg

I have always liked frogs for as long as I can remember. The 8 was my softball number freshman year and 16 senior year. The 0 seperates the rdh maiden name initials. I also have a frog tattoo on my left ankle.

Here’s a little known fact... We have all heard the expression, born with a silver spoon in their mouth. went to holistic class...the history on that is that silver has a natural antibiotic in it.

It is available in most organic food/med stores in liquid form. Some comes with dropper for ears, and can be swallowed in the recommended doses for various ailments.

I am an emerging Canadian Artist, business woman and a designer. born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Being the daughter of Dr. Dinshaw Mehta, a Parsi from India and Sarah (Sally) Ethel Mackay from Charteris, Quebec, Canada taught me that I could achieve my dreams with hard work and desire. Also being from a mixed heritage in the 70s was not the easiest, but it taught me to look at people for who they are, not their race, religion or looks.
I have learned to set goals for myself which are attainable instead of unreachable and take delight in the path I have set for myself, one I hope leads to bigger and better places.

I met my husband Gary in 1998 while working at CIBC in closely related areas. He has stood by me while I have suffered many health related issues and also business ups and downs.

I am the founder and President of Capital Transfer Agency Inc., a stock transfer agency and registrar in Toronto, Ontario. I remember when I first started my business in 2004 many of "the old boys club" bet I would fail in less than three months. This was because I young woman is not capable of handling mining clients etc....in their minds. We celebrated our tenth year as a business on April 1st..Yes April Fools Day. How ironic is that?

I keep working hard and striving to succeed and if i didn't believe the above ideology, I would have given up. The same goes for my paintings. It’s not easy to get noticed in the art world but slowly, as a self taught artist, I am making a small mark and keep striving to be the best I can be and that is all that matters.

I believe we all can succeed in doing things we love and if we have a belief in ourselves and our desires, no matter what...we can go forward.

Easy Apple Pies

Take a can of cresent rolls and seperated them. Slice an apple and put 3 slices on each roll, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar,or splenda. Roll up and bake as directed on can.

Yummy Unbelievable Cookies

1 cup sugar, 1 cup peanut butter and one egg. Mix well and let rest 10 minutes. Roll into small balls. Press down with fork. Bake 8 to 10 min. at 375. You can also use splenda
instead of sugar.
