RECIPE CORNER
Fluffy Fruit Salad
Submitted by:
2 cans (20oz) crushed pineapple
2/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup orange juice
3 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs vegetable oil
2 cans (17oz) fruit cocktail, drained
2 cans (11oz) mandarin oranges, drained
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
Drain pineapple, reserving 1 cup juice in a small saucepan. Set pineapple aside. To saucepan, add sugar, flour, eggs, orange juice, lemon juice and oil. Bring to a boil, stirring contantly. Boil for 1 minute; remove from heat and let cool. In a salad bowl, combine pineapple, fruit cocktail, oranges and banans. Fold in whipped cream and the cooled sauce. Chill for several hours.

After that long hard winter July is finally upon us. Many of our members will participating in outdoor activities and vacationing. The Just Jumpers wish each and every one of you a safe and fun summer.
That doesn’t mean we will not be here for you. Jumpers Staff will keep your tournaments going all summer long so join in whenever you can.

EMBARRASSING MOMENTS

What can I say my feet were hurting so bad. I saw the table and thought if only I could lean against if for a minute I could get some relief. Unfortunately I didn’t notice it had wheels and down I went. John tried to help me up and everyone yelled no, no, we want to take pictures. So he dropped me back down.

Please keep ohiopam in your prayers through this most difficult time for her. Shortly after her mother’s surgery her husband passed away. God Bless You Pam, you are a pillar of strength.
Please keep prayers going for steponekirsty and her family. Her mom who needs further surgery which if it dont work means she will lose her leg. Also her uncle with cancer gets crucial test results soon. God bless you and give you strength during this most difficult time.
Please continue with prayers for our dear Zlly who has been through so much. After losing her 37 year old daughter in May she is now seriously ill herself. She had brain surgery to remove an aneurism and developed an infection. She has been in the hospital with meningitis. She cannot look at screen very long. She says once the swelling goes down, she will be much better. Her faith in god is what keeps her going and she appreciates all your prayers more than
you could imagine.
Mommt2bobbiesue just wanted to let you all know that she will be MIA for about a month. Her daughter (9 years old) is having her 2nd major pallate repair and a week later she will have her 3rd reconstruction surgery. This is time that she needs to take to be with her. She says she appreciate any thoughts and prayers. God Bless You mommy and your daughter. Our thoughts will be with you.
