Hello my fellow Jumpers!
We are currently adding new twisted and fun tours!.

Please if you request a special tour make
sure you show up for it .
As we know Cases has been having a few
issues (now be nice y'all).
If you have any staff on yahoo messenger
the tourney calendar is working just fine.

Our leagues rules are very simple and are here
to ensure fun laughs and lasting friendships.
And for those who have not been able to find them
here are the league rules:

No swearing at or harassing any
league players or staff!

Doing so will result in being disqualified from tourney
and/or removed from league!

Absolutely NO discussing other leagues
No bashing of any kind!

No 2 people can play under the same name, you must
have your own pogo name and league name!
Pogo name must match league name!

Any Admin or HTD has the right to remove a disruptive player,
so please remember its just a game...enjoy!
**NO EXCEPTIONS**

RECIPE OF WEEK

~~WHATS COOKING~~

EASY CROCK POT ROAST

3 lb. chuck roast

1/2 can beef broth

1 c. flour

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 or 2 cloves garlic

1 medium onion, diced

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 bay leaf

dash of salt and pepper

Wash chuck roast. Season generously with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Coat with flour.

Place floured roast into oiled skillet and brown lightly on both sides.

While browning roast, add diced onions to skillet.

Transfer roast and onions to greased crock-pot.

Toss in whole garlic cloves and bay leaf.

Pour in 1/2 can beef broth over roast and add salt and pepper.

Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
